You say that the counter should only count when the pages are active. We tested by having my friend both active and inactive on the page but the counter continued for several minutes even when he was inactive on the page.

I just want to bring this to your attention so that you can become even better"

"You need to provide an option to delete a visitor's data. I have hundreds of useless visitor entries in the data log which are less than 3 seconds, meaning they clicked on my site by accident. This forces me to have to look through hundreds of visitor entries to find the ones that are important to our business. This is the only reason I did not click on the full 5 stars."

"Web Stat is a fantastic tracking tool! It offers so much more information than just "how many". I love the fact that I can have a report of our site visitors emailed to me daily or weekly. It helps to show me what I'm doing right and what I may need to improve on. The only suggestion I would have is the format of the emailed report is not always easy to read.
